JEAN MARIE PALMER represents and advises clients in all areas of the firms practice, with a particular focus on matters involving employment and labor law, ranging from day-to-day personnel management to complicated employment related litigation. She has represented clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and related state agencies, and regularly provides guidance on adherence to the Family and Medical Leave Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act. She has also represented clients as counsel in union related labor disputes and contract negotiations with unions.

Ms. Palmer also provides counsel to small businesses, corporations and non-profits on acquisition related matters, corporate formation, and navigating corporate dissolution. Her corporate representation also includes commercial lease and vendor contract management and advising on corporate governance.

Ms. Palmer is a graduate of Dickinson College and received her Juris Doctor from the George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C. where she was a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity, John Marshall Inn, as well as the Student Intellectual Property Law.
