Elisha Phipps is an Associate with Potter & Murdock, P.C., representing and advising clients in matters involving investigations and preparing EEOC position statements. Elisha began her career practicing immigration and nationality law exclusively, with special focus on removal defense and family-based petitions. She has represented clients before the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services as well as before various immigration courts in the Southern and Central United States. Elisha has skillfully handled many asylum and withholding of removal claims, cancellation of removal cases, adjustment of status applications, and more. She has also represented numerous clients before the Board of Immigration Appeals. Elisha also brings five years experience in municipal defense work. Elisha is fluent in both English and Spanish.
