Brian S. Szmak is an Associate with Potter & Murdock, P.C., representing and advising clients in matters involving all areas of the Firm’s practice.   Mr. Szmak has been practicing law in Virginia since 2017. And has represented clients in cases involving criminal defense, creditors’ rights, debt collection, breach of contract, business disputes, real estate disputes, fraud, consumer protection actions, landlord-tenant matters, and employment matters, among others.  He is a member of the Virginia State Bar and has practiced before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Mr. Szmak is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University, and the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, cum laude.
